The CNC rebar bending and stirrup forming machine integrates rebar straightening, length setting, bending, and cutting into a single system. It can be operated by one person, is easy and labor-saving to use, and supports adjustable processing speed. It offers strong processing capability and can handle both single-line and double-line cold-rolled and hot-rolled round steel.
The length and angle accuracy reach ±1 mm. It can process up to 60 complex shapes and store tens of thousands of product patterns. Forming parameters can be customized with a single touch on the touchscreen. The machine has a small footprint and can produce up to 2,200 stirrups per hour with virtually no material waste.
